By accessing or using the EASC PrismIQ website and platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Use of the platform
You may use EASC PrismIQ to complete maturity assessments, view results, and manage your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the platform only for lawful purposes.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Payments and credits
Certain features require purchase of credits. All payments are processed through our third-party payment provider. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law or as expressly stated in our refund policy.
5. Intellectual property
All content, branding, assessment methodologies, and software on EASC PrismIQ are the property of EA Strategy Consulting or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Assessment results are for informational and consulting purposes and do not constitute professional advice for your specific situation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EA Strategy Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms or for operational reasons. You may also stop using the service at any time.
9. Governing law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
